NORTHWEST DRAGBIKE PRESENTED BY MUZZYS
RACE RESULTS: BREMERTON , WA JULY 15, 2006

It was a day of extreme speed as the quickest/fastest ever passes in Pro Street, Pro Mod, and Outlaw were run. In Pro Steet the ET record was set and backed up twice (first by Kerry Drost at 8.521, then a few passes later by Joe England at 8.445). Steve Tuggle ran the quickest PM pass ever at a NWDB event at 7.448, and Daniel London recorded the quickest and fastest Outlaw pass at 8.880 at 163mph (neither the PM or Outlaw passes were backed up for records though).

NWDB’s 2006 Championship Race Series consists of six events held at the region’s premier dragstrips - Woodburn Dragstrip, Portland International Raceway, and Bremerton Raceway. Five classes are held at each event - Pro Mod, Pro Street, Outlaw Street, Street ET and Pro ET. NWDB is the region’s only drag bike series featuring heads-up racing.

2006 Race #5 will be held at Bremerton Raceway August 19.

NWDB thanks our Sponsors and racers for supporting the series in it’s successful 3rd season of racing. Visit NorthwestDragbike.com for complete information on the 2006 series!

PRO STREET PRESENTED BY Brocks Performance Products

In the Brocks Performance Products Pro Street Class the quickest true street-bikes in the NW go at it with limited modifications - 64” wheelbase, Z-rated rubber, with NOS or turbo. Class rules are practically identical to Prostar’s Super Street class. NOS Busas and ZX12’s are the most popular bikes in the class.

Records fell multiple times for ET and MPH in a wild day of ultra quick times. Joe England of The Dalles, OR pulled off the win with a series of ultra-quick passes, and ended the day with new ET and MPH records as well.
