Dunigan Racing Pro Street Shootout Continues in 2009
AMA Dragbike is happy to announce that Dunigan Racing will be holding a Pro Street Shootout on Saturday night at every event in 2009. Pro Street bikes are the premier, quickest and fastest streetbikes on the planet!

In 2008 Jason Dunigan approached AMA Dragbike with ideas to help promote and grow the Pro Street class. It turned out to be a great success and and Dunigan racing wants to continue the momentum into 2009.
The Pro Street Shootout at the season opener had some very exciting pairings ending with Curtis McDougald taking the win over Bud Yoder. For round by round results click here.
Dunigan Racing is proud to announce that Playthings Racing (PTR) lead by Tim Ulmen has stepped up to the plate as the first sponsor to contribute funds to the payout at every event. The class has no additional entry fees and the only qualification is that you are entered into the Orient Express Pro Street class and make at least one qualifying pass. The quickest 16 qualifiers are then randomly paired up for the shootout.

“We are very excited that PTR is teaming up with us to ensure the Shootout’s continued success.” said Jason. “We are seeing an upsurge in the class with new players and tuners alike and it feels great to be apart of such a great group of people.”
In addition to just sponsoring the class, PTR will have a presence on the midway at every event and be accessible to anyone that may need help. “It was great to hear that Jason’s idea for the Pro Street Shootout would continued in 2009 and it only made sense for us to get involved and help be apart of something bigger. The Dunigan team along with everyone in the class has really turned us all into really great friends and we are happy we can help promote this class.” Stated Tim.
Pro Street Shootout has brought a lot of excitement to the Saturday night program at AMA Dragbike and to keep this in place we are still looking for additional sponsors to help contribute to the purse for these guys putting extra passes on their bikes during the race weekend. If you would like to get involved please contact Jason Dunigan by clicking here. Next event is only two weeks away! See you in Atlanta!
