Well, I’ve really done it this time. In my never-ending quest for new and exciting products for the Hayabusa, I struck gold I tell ya! From Catalyst Racing Composites in San Marcos, California comes another fine product that every, and I mean every Hayabusa owner should have.

From the moment I saw it across my computer screen, I knew I was in love. I perused each page of this fine website with care, making sure I missed nothing of interest. Since I’m into Carbon Fiber, you can be sure I missed nothing. I talked to Mike Verdugo for a long time asking him questions on construction and workmanship. He assured me that the Hump was top notch so I had him send me one.

As you can see from this picture, that it is way too cool for words. It has about a gazillion coats of clear on it and it’s shines like a new Busa off the showroom. I did not want to show this with existing bodywork underneath because I want you to imagine it on your own Busa. A naked picture of this fine Carbon Fiber hump is all you need to see. I can feel the air sliding off of it now at over 200mph at Maxton or Bonneville or El Mirage already.
