We have cast blocks for the GS and KZ motors that allow you to go up to 1640cc and 1500cc respectively without adding any stroke. We also have billet blocks for the GS, KZ and the Hayabusa. We also offer a service of getting your Hayabusa block bored out and re-coated.

As you can see from these photos, we do a lot of custom work including large cc KZ blocks with nicosil plating and custom machining on the outside of the blocks to fit into your frame. Of course, we also manufacturer matching pistons to go along with these blocks, so if you want your pistons and blocks to come from the same source and get the proper fit, give us a call.
