LE Tonglet will start seventh in Mile-High Nationals

LE Tonglet got the Nitro Fish/Tonglet Racing Suzuki GSXR Pro Stock motorcycle into the starting lineup Saturday for Sunday’s Mopar Mile-High Nationals with his best qualifying run of 7.361 seconds at 181.72 mph.

He got off to a slow start Friday, but rebounded to earn the 11th slot and a first-round race against Jerry Savoie, who was fifth after running a 7.300 at 180.69.

Tonglet, the 2010 Full Throttle series champion, remains fifth in points (326) and hopes to add to the that total.
