Using a mr. turbo rayjay with hsr carb on a gxsr how much nitrous are people using and where are they injecting it Is injecting into the carb the best spot Does the resulting cooling lead to distribution problems with the log type manifold Is anyone using individual port injection smileys/smiley5.gif

Rond,

single point injection will cope with all demands of a draw-through setup (good enough for Europe´s fastest Funnybike - P. Bossert. Don´t know if the injector is placed in front or after the throttle plate on his bike.). Maybe the compressor wheel will mix the charge even further...

By far less hardware required (high-pressure fuel pump, boost-sensitive regulator, distributor blocks...) for the nitrous injection system than withdirect portinjection: what´s not "there", can´t fail. You will use bigger jets with a single fogger for the same HP-figure: less prone to clogg.

Of course you´ll take care to avoid any lean induced backfires.
