Just an idea I have, but here goes. I bought a S&S Super G carb with a ThunderJet setup and I was wondering if I could use it on a blow-through on my 1428 Kawi MY bike now has 4 RS 40mm Mikuni's on it and I wouldn't be looking forward to trying to make all of them work. Here is my problem I am trying to get around... I don't want a big ass exhaust sticking out of my body. When I ride it now, my legs are pressed up against this beasley funnybike body because it is already very wide. A turbo exhaust and carb sticking out on both sides would only compound this problem. I am willing to live with that if that is how it has to be, but I am looking for an alternative.
A blow-through set up would allow me to put the turbo up front where I have plenty of room and I wouldn't have to modify my body.
Would the Super G be enough for the engine on a blowthrough Tuning one carb instead of four seems much easier and making the plenum would be easy. I would only have one carb to pressurize the fuel bowl etc... Any advice welcome.
