Thank's for your reply. Right now lauch is at 6600 rpm( I have ordered lower chips and hope to get them before the next race.) I am not positive of the clutch spring rate but They are the softest clutch springs I have ever felt. I have also wondered about putting a little ballast weight on the rear of the bike to help with hookup. At this point we have way more power that we can use so I don't think 8 pound's or so could do anything but help. Some time we get wheel spin all the way through 3rd gear.

Thank's for all your advice and help.

Is shift light comming on or staying on or is your bike skating around...You sure the clutch is`nt slippng making you think the bike is spinning the tire..Just a thought...I`ve had the same feeling happenuntil someone actually watched my launch and saw that it was`nt spinning the tire...

Yeah, mark the tire sidewall with some white shoepolish and then have someone watch or use a video camera to make sure it is the tire that's spinning.
