Can anybody suggest places to get gloves accepted by Prostar/IHRA/Nhra What are the required specs for gloves Do they need a certain length cuff, any special material in the palm area...on the back of the gloves I've been looking around but not sure just what to look for.

Bates or Vanson, both will pass tech w/o any problems. If you get gloves from a m/c deal just make sure that the gauntlet is higher than your wristsmileys/smiley20.gif

Do they need extra leather in the palms or on the back of the hand They don't need to have studded palms-seems like I saw that somewhere...hope not, I'm sure both Bates and Vanson makes more then one style glove, right

Yes, the gloves should have extra leather in certain points in the glove (the palm area)... Studded palms, not required...
