what out for these people at so-cal...sam bought a set of lectrons from me cod...post office screwed up and collected wrong cod amount..they only collected for the cod and shipping and not the carbs...a DECENT person would've sent the difference to me the same day..no instead sam told me the check is in the mail story...wanted to believe him...then he said one of his "girls" sent the check to the wrong address...another lie...supposedly another money order was sent out to me...this is dating back to oct 16...still never got it..numerous phone calls to sam with the same bs..."man i sent it" ..then it was i sent it certified mail..sam thinks he got a freebie...EVEN IF I GET IT NOW..A MONTH LATER...WHAT COULD YOU SAY SAM IN YOUR DEFENSE? I SHOULD HAVE HAD IT NEXT DAY AIR A MONTH AGO...now the postmaster is involved who sam also lied to...can we say mail fraud...an investigation has been opened...hopefully sam gets what he deserves...hope to see your old a** at the track sam...yeah i know you are some big old hillbilly biker...really not worried about u ...or maybe you'll be locked up...what a scumbag...
can't really wish these losers any luck...the post office is giving me my money back...and please save your comments about what a great guy he is...blah blah blah...bad business sam...the racing world is a small one...remember that...

theres always 2 sides to every story . sam always been striaght up with me. i hope when this is resolved you come back and tell us about it also.

really..two sides...30+ days and no money..sam figures he got some free carbs because the post office screwed up...he never gave a damn that i never got my money..."you never got that money order? i'll send it out next day".....three days later " oh i didnt send it next day air ..i dropped it in the mail yesterday..sent it certified.." blah blah blah....he never called to make sure i got my money...or to apologize..nothing....acts like he's a victim but couldn't provide a tracking # or a money order #.....please...there is no other side...i hope the postal investigation screws him up...karma is a bit**...the guy is a scumbag...too many of his kind in racing...he'll get what he deserves...have heard a few other stories since about him..won't share those...what a stroke....

the post office made the mistake on their paperwork...my receipt had the correct amount of money to be picked up on it...really..racing on the weekend justifies 30 + days of nonpayment??? funny.... sam said the post office is right around the cornerand what happened to the 2 money orders sam "sent certified"...LIES..LIES LIES... i tried to recover my money before the postal inspector was called...i tried to believe that you two were honest...have since received 4 pm's from people on here that you have ripped off...so why are the carbs on your desk?? and where is the $$$...i got the money from the usps...now u are under invertigation for postal fraud by LYING to the postmaster...hope you kept your certified mail receipts...ha...maybe they will let u slide....i hope u rot...and i know who your husband is...i've seen his pic ...not really worried...if that was a threat... your retort was about as laughable as your ability to ride and your husband's ability to tune a prostock...http://forums.dragbike.com/smileys/smiley8.gif
