Stolen motorhome and trailer

Last night me racing operation was stolen. The Davenport police caught them (4) two blocks from my shop. I'm very fortunate that I had little damage. A few small items missing(phone, clock, keys) and I'm not sure what else until I can't find something. I had bikes in the trailer that weren't strapped down, that fell over.

<DIV>Bottom line is I had my keys in the motorhome, but not in the ignition switch, and they found them. What would have been a burglary turned into grand theft.</DIV>

I had just got home when the police called. I left the shop at 10:15. A neighbor called 911 @ 10:46 P.M. They might have watched me leave. The police caught 4 guys and they are in jail. I haven't heard their names.

That makes 1 forDavenport police/ 100for thieves. That's has to be the best catch ever for Davenport PD.I bet they turn them loose before you get the damage cleaned up !! Get Names and let every one know.

I know howDavenport PDcaught themso quickthey didn't have there seat belts on . They are tough on noseat belts you know. They will have to pay seat belt ticket before any restitution for damage.

I know the Davenport PD has really good speed cameras. They'll send you a photo and let you see a nice little video of your truck for $65.00.
I'm happy you got your stuff back Tom. I'd have been even happier if the cops would have kept the red bike..... at least for saturday.
