I have a friend that called Mikuni America in California to have a broken screw removed. They referred him to Randy's Deburring in Chatsworth California. He send his 36mm flatslides on July 6th 2010. He has contacted this guy several times. Now this guy is avoiding him. All he wants is his carbs back. He has contacted the better business bureau, and the bureau of automotive repair and still no carbs!!! Would someone have any ideas of how we can have these carbs sent back. He is considering flying out there to resolve this issue (WTF)http://forums.dragbike.com/smileys/gun4.gif
Thanks

I was just informed by trippivot that his mother inlaw just picked up Dan's carbs. Thank you to all that responded and helped.

I had a talk with Randy yesterday. Seemed like an OK guy. Said something about stringing out a few guys because of a move or something. Said he has an EDM machine and does a lot of them.
Hope my call helped in some way.

Those things must be real important to get trips mother in-law involved.

KPM is more than a performance shop I think of us as a family. Do not mess with family. Cathy and Tom have done so much for Trip andI , it was the least we could do to try and help.
<DIV>Danmade claims to the the better business bureau. The bureau of automobile repairers actually sent a agent to investigate. The owner(randy bastin)lied straight to him about returning the carbs un repaired.</DIV>
<DIV>That Randy Bastin should rethink his business tactics.</DIV>
<DIV>Making a 1 week promise in JULY only to be dodging calls from a 563 prefix since October....</DIV>
<DIV>as soon as a 818 number flashed up - it was business as usual</DIV>
<DIV>thanks to Suzuki Ray for helping - to no avail.</DIV>
<DIV>Truly it was me talking to Colleen and arranging the pick up and payment. Wouldnt you know it? =no charge when a 80+ grandma death showed up and barked like the serious tough old lady she is.4 phone calls and5 hours of traffic=done deal</DIV>
<DIV>Colleen the receptionist is the kind honest soul there</DIV>
<DIV> do not use that shop or you are asking for trouble and grief. </DIV>
<DIV>we love all the usual suspects at KPM and are willing to prove it by action and deed.</DIV>
