Alan Kersey injured in accident

Wanted all of our racing family to know that Alan was injured in a street bike accident in which he broke his collar bone. I spoke with him today and he says it was not a bad break but yet it is broken. He hopes to mend and be ready for our season opener and will probably beat me up for this post but thought that some words of encouragement from all of you would help!!

Alan - Hope that you heal quickly! In the meantime, don't read too much dragbike.com - some of these posts are especially funny and I would imagine laughing would hurt - you might want to skip reading about the idiot that's posting about street racing - those guys are having a blast with him.


Seriously, you're in our prayers for a complete recovery and for the pain to subside.

Hey Allen,


Sorry to hear about the accident. Hopefully you'll have a speedy recovery so you can check on Freddie and the guys at the shop- i heard they were having a party everyday. By the way, missed you at the National Dragster Wally race. It was an all SEMDRA turnout. I left the Harley home this year and brought the Honda instead. Yeap, got me another Wally to sit next to the one fromthe year before. Maybe you'll come out and give me some competition for the Wally this year. Just don't use a street bike. LOL
