Z1000j blow through turbo

i have a problem with running my Z turbo when i give full throtle it wount take it, the carbs are standard,can that be the problemthe fuel pressureregulator is from Malpassi and the pump from gpz1100,im stuck cant see the problem,Help

does your regulater increase pressure relative to boost , and have you increased the size of your lines (including the size of the fitting at the tank) fluid ,like electricity is relative to the smallest resistance , even if you ^up sized all lines , a small outlet on the tank can cause trouble
