Have excessive popping when let off throttle. All air leaks have been addressed. Any suggestions

get some reversion cones and put them in the end of the pipes...this will eliminate the popping noise

reversion cones belong no more than 4 inches from the exhaust port ,,, otherwise they are just a differant looking baffle,,, careful what you spend your money on

by looking at the other thread 1hydroman has it has torque cones/reversion cones already at the port end of the pipes and baffles at the noisy end ,may still be a little lean.

Have you jetted your carb Typically a Drag pipe (aka, straight pipe, shotgun pipe) will have a bit of a bark on decel, but this can be minimized with a good jet kit and turning in your mix to lean it out some.
