Well, there are rumors about exactly what engine is in that bike. Interesting that they did beat the "dominate" Harley's that have an unfair advantage though.

I think that unfair advantage is doing just fine, the Harley's are 1 and 2 in the points now. Why use it to the full extent if you can seem like your not doing that good but still have the points lead They stirred up a Hornet's nest in G'ville and are now holding back to let it settle down. They don't want NHRA to take away any of there precious rules now that they know they can go fast.

I saw the G2 / S&S bike in Altanta this weekend. It looks cool! Full fairing and all...it actually looks like a sport bike and the "bug catchers" on the side are wayyy smaller.

Yea, Lets do more to keep the "glorified farm implement "motor competitive....

Give them some more motor size, I say. That way we can all look forward to having the same crappy design H-D motor available to us for 50 more years.

well Fast , in the interest of "fun" lets say that when my toy is finished you and I see how my implement fares against your "brake-racer" ,, best 2 out of 3 ,, if nothing else it should be a good excuse for beverage control !!

    Struck a nerve

I know that your a smart enough guy toknow that even the guy who designed that motor never intended it for high performance.

I have said all along that Harleys are cool. I just dont think thats enough to excuse them from having to build something that would be considered "up to date" performance wise.

Your a Harley guy, wouldnt you rather have a better piece to start with

Oh, on your challenge, I'll race you.

But I have been talking about dollar for dollar and C.I. for C.I all along.

But if it would make you feel better.

    P.S. I dont drink.
