How fast did it go.... A friend of mine, Randy From R& E Racing, built two jet bikes for customers of Arfons... They re running exhibition now at air shows..The one is painted to look like an eagle.......
90% COMPLETE- no runs yet as far as I can tell. maybe "hopefully fastest bike in the world"
have you been able to ajust for the tourqe to keep it from trying to roll over Edited by: jammer
aint mine, so i couldnt tell you. but jammer, itsa jet bike, no torque is applied to teh actual ground, so they can use a skinny street tire rated for high MPH and no wheelie bars, its all thrust
That has to be Bob Correll. Used to do the kitecycle thing back in the 80s.
Built a jet dragbike and made some runs, then NHRA gave him the
thumbs down on it.
I'll do a Google on him and see what I can find.
i have been told that the jet bikes have a lot of side tourqe and they want to do a barrel roll when going down the track
Here's the bike my X employee built when he opened his own shop..You can tell by the aluminum body work that he learned pretty good..Ballistic Eagle..
