Help finding some more HP, or getting the bike down the track... The bike sounds like it's about right for the curent list of mods. IF you find a reputable tuner work with the power comander on a dyno, you may find 155+- now.

The BD clutch cussion kit took care of a LOT of problems for me (bad chatter). I did go back to the stock springs though. I put about 30K mi./yr on this bike, and the clutch lever had WAY too mutch pull pressure to it for traffic.

Are you shortining it up to get the tire to hook

well im good an over the 200lbs mark , so im gonna put a bigger rear sprockett

and thats gonna bring it in bout 1nch or so. but hopefully it will hook. right now im focusing on engine tunning, i will have max performance before i crack open the cases. im way under budget right now , i gave my self 3000, not to include the stuff i allready bought. i think its gonna bea nice little sleeper.

I'm having another dyno day coming up, and hoping to break the 150 mark... Have 148 and planning on a couple of different fuels...all 93 pump stuff, but in some ofmy car dyno tuning, Ive seen 10-15hp at the tire on different grades of 93 with small (1.6-1.8L) n/a engines. No ryme or reason that one is better than the other for a particular engine, just there IS a difference in what each engine combo wants... The 148 on my bike was with Shell 93.
