are the rules the same for the street et class im thinking about giving it a shot july 22 atSAR
Street ET
S/ET DIAL IN
Reserved for street legal motorcycles and handicapped from a dial in chosen by each competitor, this is for the beginning racer. This eliminator is run tournament style with a "zero" second breakout. Standard safety is a requirement. The class prohibits wheelie bars, slicks and delay boxes. D.O.T. street tires required.
These are the rules for street ET, you can go as long as you want or do what ever you want to the engine. There is also an index class for streetbikes.
Super Street
S/S 9.50 Index
Super Street is for street bikes only. No wheelie bars or slicks allowed. During qualifying, runs quicker than 9.50 will be placed at the bottom of the qualifying sheet, during eliminations runs quicker than the standard disqualify the rider under bracket 'break out' procedures.
