I notice over time the 3 oil holes on the edge of the starter cluctch, where the small spring cups push, the outer housing starts to bulge. Does anyone have a solution to strengthen that area or make a billet piece I really want to keep my button start setup.

I would be interested what the outlaw bikes use for a starter clucth.

Also, any you old school guys remeber this: before the '83 110 came out, Falicon machined the generator cover for a race and needle bearing, then they made a nut with a round end to fit into the bearing, Wouldn't that be a great idea for an extra bearing support on an outlaw Talked to guys at Falicon and no one remembered it.

I had a thin steel slip ring made up to go over the housing on my old streeterwill make it a little heavier but fix the problem.
