"All 1st round buy backs will run a re-entry round, with winners being put into the 2nd round."
What happens with an odd number
We had this happen in our 10k race. We do pick a bye run by random draw out of the buybacks. He/she is pulled to the side and runs last. That bye run does NOT carry over into the real race.
That works for me, thanks.
We will be handing out free general admission tickets on the 11th at the TNT. So if you come do the TNT on friday, saturday is free general admission for everyone. If some of you guys are local, you can come on bigdog this thursday, we'll be handing them out there. We want to get a big crowd for this.

Whats your plans for Double entries this weekend I would like to make a suggestion. Use four colors for lanes two for bars and two for no bars. I think you will have a major conflict from the no bar guys if you let the bar bikes on the no bar bikes side. I ran Cedar Falls Raceway and this ran great for me.

good idea on the 4 colors
We were going to use different stickers for double entries. My original plan was to have double entries called as a group (regardless of bar/no bar) to run each other. Then the rest of the field would be called via bar/no bar afterwords. IMO, this would limit the chance of groups traveling together from having to run each other because they are all no bar bikes.
I'm up for changing it, just think about this. The single entries will be called once you guys start running. If you run no bars all together, then you'll likely run the same person you ran in the double entry round because you'll be coming up at the back of the line. Just something to think about.
