I just wanted to get the word outabout Frank Sequeira aka "Franks Power Pipe" I paid him $550 for a custom built KZ exhaust which was done over one month ago and never got it.
Here is what I know now;
The phone number he gave and I talked to him on is no longer in service.

Ok so here is the story, I didnt want to make the above post too long.
At the end of April I noticed a ebay auction for a KZ step pipe with a seller from Iowa. I contacted them and he said he was not the guy making them and I should call the number he listed in the ad.
I called the number and talked to Frank Sequeira. He said he could make the pipe and it would only take 5-10 days and it would be done. He did not want to take paypal and he told me the easiest way for me to get the money to him was to go to Walmart and buy a Money Pak (prepaid credit card),
I really didnt trust him at this point and I backed off.
After several emails from him saying he wanted to build it for me I agreed to pay half up front and the other half when it was done and he could show me pictures of it. I should ad that I talked to him on the phone again before I sent the money.
The very next week he emailed me and told me the pipe was done and he was looking for the final payment and it would be sent out by the end of that week. He did show pics of what looked similar to what i wanted. I sent the rest of the money and waited.
About 10 days went by and I didnt have the pipe yet. I emailed him and asked what was going on. He replied it was sent and I should get it any day now.
So today, 29 days since I made complete payment, I have no pipe.

Yea, That sucks! Don't beat yourself up to bad Tom.
What's sad is he probably had some real talent to build those pipes and probably could have had a real profitable legitimate business. What a dummy!!
I'm building another car tire and would have probably got one. LOL.
For what it's worth Tom, I am banning his ip address and am taking the other thread down as it is basically an ad for him. Sorry this happened to you but it could/canhappen to anyone.
Here is the latest email I got from him. I think he runs the same scam with everybody. If you buy something from him he will tell you its all ready to go, then the excuses start.
Most of the ebay stuff he has listed will not be shipped either, its there but then he needs to make it once he gets the money.
Keep in mind this exhaust was shipped 30 days ago;

Another line of B.S. you can't "unsend" something you never sent in the first place! maybe he can weld but he can't spell.FWIW: Tom, I am completely happy with my Murray pipe. I know your money is gone but Dennisprovides good service and NO B.S.
Readingthe e-mail from Frank. It sounds like he has the same grade level and education as doesthe crook COREY PERDUEhas that stole my 48mm carbs. It's something when most of the crooks out thereare illiterate. IT FITS !DUM ASS CROOKS !
I also noticed that.
you can't go past a Murray pipe for quality or price there are a few of them here in Australia
