Who would like to dragrace on Sept.5th at Fontana?? It is a one day event!!
IDRC 2009 INTERNATIONAL FINALS!!!
The Import Drag Racing Circuit(IDRC) is having an event atAuto Club Dragway in Fontana.
I have been talking to them about having a Pro ET stylebike classand they told me that they would have one if enough bikes showed up. So I am posting this to see how many of you would like to come and race with there event. The cost would be $60.00 for a tech card and we would get 3 qualifying passes and for those that want to make more passes you can also make some in there Fun Run's which isjust time only runs.
There will be a payout forWinner and Runner-up!!!I believe the payout will be $400andthat is the total for the Winner and Runner-up.
If you want aBIGGERPAYOUT and since there is no fee for the bike class and if EVERYONE in the class is in AGREEMENT and you want to PAY $20 or $25 more each rider then the payout will be bigger and they may pay into the semi's. I will be checking with them tomorrow on that.
If there also is enough bikes and not everyone wants to race in Pro ET theyMIGHT make a Trophy only class and you can race for a plaque. But that only depends on the bike turnout.
If there is no Trophy class then the Plaques would go in the Pro ET class also to
Winner and Runner-up.
They will also be having a car show and from what I have heard and seen from there events I have been to beforeis that they usually have a big turnoutfor this event.Oh and Hot lookinggirls there too...lol

IT COULD TURN INTO A REGULAR EVENT WITH THEM.

Damn thought a guy that was trying to get more racing out there would get more support than what RED has to post on here!! Seems if RED does not start the post it is no good!!! Keep up the good work Steve the west needs more people opening up avenues of racing other than the TEST AN TUNE B/S that goes on out there!! I use to think people were busting chops on RED's comments but I think they may have been on to something!!! All he does is

I am just trying to give us racers some more races or they can use the seat time to test n tune.
I just need to know whos up for racing the event so I can get a body count and let IDRC know how my bikes there will be. I just need to let them know asap.
