We lost Sonny Trip today

Sonny Trip of Cambria,Illinois was killed today in an auto/bike accident.
I dont know the details or arrangments yet but will post them asI find them out.

Hey Bryan, sorry to hear about your friend sir. I know that you and Marco and Hoot all raced with Sonny back in the day in that area. I understand he was a really great guy and a straight shooter. Mike HAney and others spoke very highly of him. I hope that God will bless his grandmother to get through this loss. My prayers shall be with her..

Got the call about this from Sudman this afternoon. I just got an email from Sonny this morning. This really sux. Our prayers go out to the family.

Visitation will be Wednesday Night 6:00-9:00 P.M. At Riggin Pillatsch Funeral Home in Carterville.Funeral will be Thursday at 11:00a.m
He will be very missed, Prayers to his family.

Although I have never met Sonny in person, I have had many business transactions and telephone conversations with him over the years. He was a pleasure to deal with and and a truly decent person. It is very saddening to hear this tragic news. My condolences to his family and friends.
