hi as a rule go's 10 rwhp is a 10th of second in 1/4 mile so 60 shot (60rwhp)would put you in the 8.80 range that is if it hooks up.

I've seen that ZX10 run, it's stock and running in the 9.20's. There's a guy at our track saying "if you run good fuel you can spray a 40-60 dry shot" is that true. He says your
<DIV>retarding time to prevent detonation and good fuel does that. He is spraying over 100</DIV>
<DIV>on his bike and I'm wondering if he is pulling our leg.</DIV>
If he`s shooting 100 hp without retarding he is playing with a grenade. Usually 40 to 50 shot WITH high octane fuel (116) will stay together.
Put some good valve springs in it b4 you start spraying, one time on the rev-limiter , out go the keepers andBOOM !not pretty. Jim #2333
be sure your ignition will kill the nitrous before it hits the limiter
<DIV>I am using a Dyna 4000 and Dyna retard, GS SC bike with a 60hp shot.</DIV>Originally Posted by jackinzoar

Just use an RPM-switch to break the connection to the solenoids and set it 500 RPM below where your high-limit is set.Originally Posted by Dave A
