engine swaps?

What if any other engines will easily swap into the busa chassis? we are thinking about building a new bike for one of my sons and want to make it easier for him to learn to ride. I'm sick and tired of roller bearing stuff so we want to start out with a modern-ish chassis and work him up to a bigger motor.

I've seen where a busa engine was stuffed into a gsxr1000 frame-it would probably be easier going the other way. The gsxr750 (and 600)is the same externally as the 1000.
