IDK, but I've known Jay a LONG time and have literally spent THOUSANDS of $$ with MRE, been to his shop multiple times. He's gone out of his way to get me parts in a rush and always provides great deals. Matter of fact, just got a box of $400+ worth of parts from him this Wednesday. And I've got another $1500 worth of parts coming in next week from him...not sure what exactly I need a catalog for when I'm actually BUYING things...

Yes, Jay is busy and you can call multiple times to actually get HIM on the phone, but when you do it's likely you'll be on talking for a while because he's more than just a "what do you need and see ya" kind of guy.

As for your catalog, I seriously doubt that Jay even knows there is still a link on his website to request a catalog much less go thru PayPal to pay for one. As with most of dragbike part suppliers or vendors, their websites are sadly very out of date...ever check the chassis manufacturers sites?? Even the vendors that have fairly current sites, the sites are very lacking or hard to look over for what you need. Your best bet is to have an idea what you need, call and discuss your needs & application and get a recommendation.

Rather than bitch & moan online and then go on to slander someone by insinuating they are a 'crackhead', put a little more effort in getting a hold of someone rather than relying on a outdated website and email or PayPal forms. Better yet, why not go see Jay at any of the events he's at like Manufacturers Cup this weekend in Indy, I'm sure he'd love to chat with you...just don't call him a crackhead...course, as nice a guy as Jay is he'd probably still laugh it off and sell you parts at a good price cause that's the REAL kind of guy Jay is...
