    We've beat this up in here before. You don't need those huge moroso screws to hold the tire. I've changed more tires than I can count and still on the original screws. Just be careful putting them in and catch the thread correctly. #8 stainless,,,eight per side. Never moves. Drill the bead 1/8 inch to get them started and screw them in. Mind you that's running 8.oh's and a big tire.

    Nothing. It would only move about 1/4" on a pass. But it keeps the tire straight on the rim, which is important for handling.
