Stainless Steel Butterflies for Throttle Bodies up to 50mm

Superbike Mike Engineering is extremely proud to announce the new Stainless Steel Butterflies for our Modified OEM Throttle Bodies. They are now installed in all of our 48mm, 49mm and 50mm Throttle Bodies. Benefits include increased strength to resist backfires in nitrous applications as well as in general high mileage use on the street.

On stock or Super-Stock motors, the 48mm throttle Bodies will add as much as 6 horsepower. On big cc motors, gains up to 10 to horsepower are easily obtained. The 49mm Throttle Bodies are generally intended for 1430 and 1464 Big Block motors and will add 11-14hp. Stroker motors will see gains of as much 15-17 horsepower with the 50mm Throttle Bodies. The graph shows a 1397 motor with mild street cams and no porting. It made less than 190 hp with stock TBs and almost 201 with 49 TBs. And they gained 11 hp at 8200, right where power drops off with short stacks. All this combines with a smoother power band that greatly improves ET. These TBs are by far the best value in terms of horsepower per dollar.

We can also install our bigger fuel rails and larger 270cc nozzles. And we can set you up with new fuel pressure regulators and high volume fuel pumps for real high horsepower applications. Everything is in stock for immediate shipment. Or we can install, map and tune in your combo on our dyno.
