2004 Schedule
Maryland International
Raceway and Rockingham Dragway are proud to announce
the birth of the brand new MIROCK series, presented
by Mickey Thompson tires. Steve Earwood (Rockingham
Dragway owner) and Royce Miller (Maryland International
Raceway owner) have formed an even stronger alliance
for 2004 and beyond. The MIROCK series is full of heads-up
classes and bracket classes.
The stars
of the show are the undisputed "Kings of the sport"
the Schnitz Racing Outlaw Pro Street bikes! Next in
the MIROCK line-up are the "Bad Boys" the
Orient Express 60" Pro Sportbike riders. Third
in the MIROCK program are the "Big Boys" the
Heavy Hitters class. These 3 heads-up classes have put
on a fantastic show for the ROCK & MIR crowds and
all three classes will return to the MIROCK series!
And don't
forget Maryland International Raceway's and Rockingham
Dragway's motorcycle bracket program! These two tracks
draw some of the biggest motorcycle bracket racing fields
in the sport, competing for thousands of dollars!
The MIROCK
series promoters are pleased to announce the creation
of the official MIROCK website, www.mirockracing.com
Gary Rowe from Raceworks.com is the webmaster and has
done a fantastic job! The site has schedules, rules,
points program, current points, rider profiles, track
information, race results, photo galleries, news, press
releases, and sponsors!
The site
is still under construction and will have even more
information and rider profiles as the 2004 season begins.
