Pingel Top Fuel World Cup to highlight Man Cup World Finals beginning in 2017

Man Cup, North America’s premier all motorcycle drag racing organization is pleased to announce the establishment of the Pingel Top Fuel World Cup. The Pingel Top Fuel World Cup is an initiative dedicated to expanding the global scope of the wildly successful Pingel Top Fuel category.

“The primary objective of the Pingel Top Fuel World Cup is to further nurture and enhance the annual World Finals every November” elaborated Man Cup co-principal Jay Regan. “Our Man Cup Finals are already the largest motorcycle drag race of the season and its International attendance outdistances that of all other events combined, it’s simply the very best event of the season, period”

“We approached perennial Top Fuel sponsors Wayne and Donna Pingel, proprietors at Pingel Enterprise about the possibility of them providing additional funding, funding to be specifically earmarked to subsidize travel costs of Top Fuel teams outside North America wishing to compete at the World Finals. It did not take long for the response, a resounding yes, enabling us to put our plan in motion” beamed an ecstatic Regan.

The inaugural Pingel World Cup debuting at the 2017 World Finals will feature a unique, custom built, perpetual trophy that will have the name of winning rider added to it annually. Having his name added to the trophy will most certainly have to be considered a top tier highlight and career goal of each and every Pingel Top Fuel rider.

“Donna and I have been directly involved in this sport for a very long time, much longer than most” added Wayne Pingel. Our Pingel Enterprise brand has loyal customers around the world and we felt the chance to make the annual World Finals an even more epic event would help to reward those loyal Pingel customers, both domestic and abroad. As we reflected on our past World Finals attendance, one of the things that jumped right out to both of us was that some of the most memorable and exciting World Finals were those featuring a container full of International entries slugging it out with the best US riders, all vying for that elusive World Finals trophy.
