PMRA Kicks Off Season with Strong Showing at Race #1

The Performance Motorcycle Racing Association (PMRA) officially launched its 2026 season with a successful opening round, overcoming weather challenges to deliver a full day of quarter-mile action.

Despite early concerns from Mother Nature, Race #1 came together smoothly, setting the tone for what’s shaping up to be a busy and competitive season. The event brought together a diverse group of racers, including new faces and fresh builds, all eager to get their programs on track.

Multi-State Turnout Highlights Growing Momentum

Racers traveled in from across the region—including Arkansas, Colorado, Texas, and Kansas—demonstrating the continued growth and reach of PMRA competition. The strong turnout reinforced the series’ reputation as a destination for grassroots motorcycle drag racing with a competitive yet community-driven atmosphere.

From start to finish, the program moved efficiently, with packed lanes and consistent pairings keeping the action flowing throughout the day.

Race Season Is Officially Underway

With Race #1 in the books, PMRA now shifts focus to Race #2, scheduled at Xtreme Raceway Park—a facility widely regarded as one of the top-tier venues in the country.
