Jason Miller Quickest 60″ Pro Sportbike

Jason Miller recorded the quickest ever time for a 60″ Pro Sportbike this past weekend during the MIROCK event at Maryland International Raceway. Miller, riding his Orient Express/NLR turbo Hayabusa, turned an unprecedented 7.66 at 188 mph in the first round of eliminations. Miller noted that the bike is equipped with a AMS-1000 boost controller and
tuned by Jobe Spetter Jr of Turbo People.

Miller was unable to back up the record so Mike Slowe’s 7.74 record set in June of this year still stands. Slowe won the event
final over Miller. Slowe was the first 60″ Pro Sportbike rider to run in the sevens, cracking the barrier in early 2004.

Lost is all this hysteria was veteran rider Doug Witt who ran a spectacular 7.84 on his old school nitrous GSXR. Keepin’ it real!
