European Funnybike racer Jean Yves Vetsch at the 2000 Prostar World Finals at Gainesville Raceway. From Jovy Auz Arches, France, Vetsch qualified his Suzuki to the fourteenth spot in a twenty-five bike field with a 7.447 at 152.05 mph. Vetsch would lose first round to Chip Ellis who outran him with a 6.741 to his 8.246 pass.

Vetsch’s quickest Funnybike pass was recorded in 1998 at Santa Pod Raceway‘s Midsummer Nationals running a 7.435 at 174.72 mph.
