I’m really excited to announce all testing is complete and all Dyno graphs and info on all RG62 H2 performance upgrade kits have been completed. 

 RG62 H2 is releasing two upgrades, a  “Performance” upgrade  and “Performance Plus” upgrade kit.

Also will release info on the proven benefits of the RG62 Aluminum Velocity stacks 

Only 50 kits have been produced at this time and pre-order sales will have a 7 day window from 5/18 – 5/25 with a delivery date on those orders by 2nd week in June. 

H2 / H2R PERFORMANCE PLUS PACKAGE

The “Performance Plus upgrade” has been extensively developed and tested to provide an additional 30-35hp @ 12K rpms ABOVE what the BPP stage 2 offers. Click here for dyno chart

RG62 H2 “Performance Plus” upgrade consist of:

• 2 heat treated hardened Supercharger gears (Primary and drive gear)
• Gears are vacuum heat-treated to exact specification and are made of high tech
• Tool steel. The lubrication channels in the gear were modified to better lube

4 precision shaped anodized aluminum stacks:

• The stacks are a vital part of the kit as the H2 is dependent on airflow into the engine
• The design ensures accurate fueling of the top injectors and max air flow into the engine.
• The stacks are made out of aluminium that eliminates the distortion as with the plastic OEM STACKS under extreme plenum pressurization and high rpms.

Our velocity stacks were designed around this feature and has proven to maximize airflow under extreme high-speed ram air pressurization by multiplying hp gains measured by the back to back 7 mph increase during 1 mile running start testing. Click here for no stacks versus stacks results.

All parts in the RG62 kit are improvement on OEM parts that combine oil lubrication, airflow, quality manufacturing with latest technology on a “one on one”inspection basis.
