Shawn Ellison’s Quicksilver is Back
After a two-year hiatus from drag racing, I am glad to report that the Quicksilver ZX-14 is finally back and ready for a competitive year.
Before the race season gets into full swing I want to take this opportunity to thank the people involved in bringing my race program back together and giving me the power to go ‘STUPID FAST’.
A huge thanks to Rickey Gadson and Ashon “Capo ” Dickerson for their top-notch professional training that I received from them in the Kawasaki Zero to Hero Event at the Vegas Strip a few year back.
Secondly I want to thank Brock Davidson of Brock’s Performance for supplying me with unquestionably the best products on the motorcycle market today for my Kawasaki ZX-14. Brocks’ knowledge and continued fortitude to constantly research, evolve and develop top notch equipment is what will keep him on top in the highly competitive market of motorcycles.
Also a big thanks to Vortex Racing for supplying me with the lightest most unique sprocket on the market. Thanks to Shinko tires for the outstanding HOOK UP DRAG TIRE that keeps me going straight on the track. Thanks to my wonderful Wife Melissa for helping me through everything to get to this point.
This being my first season on Quicksilver, I am currently sitting second in points in the Summit Racing Series at Big Country Raceway in Abilene, TX. My points standing is a result of going to the Semi-Final round in my very first race.
I’m looking forward to many more years of Drag Racing.
Thanks for all the support.
