2022 Rulebook Now Online

We are pleased to release the official 2022 XDA Rulebook. We strive to have the most competitive rulebook in the industry at the XDA for our Professional, Grudge and Sportsman racers.

All revisions from last year are colored in BLUE for easy reference. If the rule is colored in BLACK, it is the same rule as last season.  You can view the rulebook now at www.XDAracing.com/rulebook

Main rule revisions for each class:

Orient Express Pro Street

  • Nitrous Plain Bearing bikes can run approved aftermarket frame for weight reduction
  • Nitrous Roller Bearing bikes can replace drive side frame rail for chain clearance and gained 1” longer wheelbase
  • All Nitrous bikes can run a self-starter, starter assist battery, or use a starter cart for weight reduction
  • BMF Tank shell part # added
  • Turbo Liter bikes gained 1” longer wheelbase
  • SNELL 10 or higher helmet required

DME Racing Real Street

  • Sensors cannot be mounted to front forks.
  • Subframes & bodywork can now be interchanged among different years of same model bike.
  • 16” front wheels now permitted.
  • OEM production forks from any sportbike can now be used and can be externally modified.
  • Aftermarket upper and lower triple clamps are now permitted with 1” minimum offset.
    Aftermarket cylinders are permitted.
  • All Motor Big-Bore bikes are 1” shorter than last year.
  • All Motor Big-Bore and All Motor Liter bikes with a True Hand Clutch can run 3” longer wheelbase over a Gen 2 clutch. This should allow an All Motor bike to run the same ET as the power adder bikes if they are running the same True Hand Clutch like a Power Adder bike. If an All Motor bike elects to run a Gen 2 clutch, then they must run standard wheelbase in chart that will keep them about a tenth slower than the True Hand Clutch bikes.
  • SNELL 10 or higher helmet required

Maxx ECU Pro Xtreme

  • Nitrous Bike minimum weight revised to only 625 lbs.
  • SNELL 10 or higher helmet required

HTP Performance Super Stock

  • Front tire minimum size is 120/60-17
  • Any size DOT rear tire permitted (with Z or better rating
  • Super Stock Championship once obtained, you may defend your title for the following season, but after completion of your title defense the following season you can no longer run Super Stock. You must move on to a Pro Category.
  • SNELL 10 or higher helmet required
